Drummer of the year 2010 competition

[press release]

Do you have the skills to take the crown at Rhythm’s Drummer Of The Year competition? We’re on the hunt for the best undiscovered drummers in the UK, and it could be you. If you’re over 18, think you have what it takes and like the idea of performing live at the London Music Show in October then Rhythm’s Drummer of the Year is the competition for you.

Entry is easy. Just send us a link to a video of yourself performing an original solo drum composition (of no more than three minutes), plus links to any other supporting material (eg: performance videos, drum covers, your MySpace page etc), using this entry form. The best will be picked to face off live in front of a panel of star judges and industry experts, who will be looking for the drummer who demonstrates the finest technical ability, taste and feel as well as executing the best performance and delivery.

The competition final will take place on Sunday 10th October, at London’s ExCel exhibition centre as part of the London Music Show. The winner will bag some awesome prizes as well as the kudos of being crowned Rhythm’s Drummer Of The Year!
